Note on prerequisites:
The training not training a paid Pro version of MS365 Copilot. However, if you would like to try out and use training of Copilot Pro’s features yourself during training live training , or if you want to apply what you’ve learned immediately afterward, you should bring a paid Pro/Add-On license with you.

Support staff who want to boost their efficiency by using artificial intelligence and learn about the capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot. A Copilot license is not required, but is recommended.
