This qualification program is aimed at experienced assistants who want to sharpen and develop their professional profile. The course offers great flexibility and a high degree of individualization of learning content through the combination of attendance and self-study phases. The focus in the attendance phase is on personal development. It deals with topics such as leadership, personal development, innovation and creativity. A personality test can be used for a better self-assessment. The learning content on the specialist topics is available online in your learning environment at any time. During the self-study phase, you will have to complete a transfer task, which will be presented in the examination seminar at the end of the course.

As part of the course, you will attend 4 seminars (one compulsory seminar, two optional seminars and one examination seminar). The total duration of the course is 7 days.

We recommend attending all seminars within a maximum of 2 years and attending the compulsory seminar "Experience meets Excellence" first, as this training is the ideal introduction to the course. Before this training , you will be given access to a personality analysis, which can influence your learning success in the elective seminars.

In addition, you will receive a transfer task in the compulsory seminar, which must be completed over the duration of the entire course and will be presented in the examination event at the end of the course. In any case, please ensure that there are at least 4 weeks between the compulsory seminar and the examination event. You can book the course modules individually or at a reasonable package price.

The content and topics of the course modules are systematically coordinated and complement each other perfectly. The elective seminars on the course can be put together individually. By attending the examination seminar, you will acquire a qualified qualification that entitles you to use the title "Certified Senior assistant AssistantHaufe Akademie)".
