More and more often, as an assistant , you suddenly find yourself in a management role when it comes to taking over the office management, leading a team of assistants, training temporary staff or supervising working students and temporary staff. How well prepared are you for this role? Our training course will equip you for this management task and teach you how to be recognized in your new role and how to effectively integrate and motivate others.

  • Characteristics of successful leadership - what skills do I need?
  • Leadership without a superior function versus disciplinary leadership.
  • Accepting and defining your own leadership role.

Your own positioning

  • From colleague to superior: Achieving acceptance and recognition.
  • Demarcation: dealing with proximity and distance to colleagues.
