Qualification program

This qualification program is held in German.

"Ready for AI" provides you, as a manager, with all the tools you need to use artificial intelligence professionally, responsibly, and effectively in your everyday management work. You will expand your digital sovereignty and gain an understanding of how AI can facilitate your management work, improve team processes in a targeted manner, and promote a future-oriented mindset. In a modular format, you will receive guidance on the opportunities, limitations, and risks of AI and strengthen your confidence in communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making. You will also expand your ability to use AI responsibly and strategically—and position yourself within the company as a reliable expert who provides guidance, promotes innovation, and actively advances future topics.

The components of the program:

Compulsory seminars:

AI in leadership (2 days).
Focus on AI: Innovations and trends for experienced users 3 hours).

Election seminars:

Select a total of 3 days from the following elective seminars:

Decision management with AI (2 days).
Successfully overcoming compliance challenges with AI? (1 day).
Dealing with artificial intelligence (AI) in a legally compliant manner (1 day).
AI expertise with a system (1 day).
Commercial due diligence in AI application (1 day).
Prompt engineering for ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and others (1 day).
Developing an AI mindset: Humans and machines in harmony (2 days).
Select AI tools specifically and use them productively (1 day).
AI use cases: Identifying applications, exploiting potential (1 day).

Further training in accordance with AI Regulation Art. 4 for the obligation to provide evidence of AI competence.

In "Ready for AI," you combine a compact, practice-oriented basic qualification with in-depth training for professional application in your own field. First, you strengthen your AI foundation for confident leadership in the basic modules "Essentials" . You will develop a robust understanding of the opportunities, limitations, and mechanisms of AI in everyday management and expand your ability to strategically evaluate and effectively utilize technological developments. Then, in the elective modules "Advanced," you will choose from a wide range of topics to find the content that best suits your role, responsibilities, and level of experience. In doing so, you will design your learning path entirely according to your individual development goals.

From the modular selection, you can choose a total of three combinable seminar days from the areas of leadership, compliance, law, and AI-specific expertise.

The program combines everything you need to lead in the age of AI: up-to-date knowledge, strategic clarity, and immediately applicable practical skills—clearly structured, modular, and future-oriented.

With the "Ready for AI" competency program, you can position yourself as a modern, technologically savvy manager who can use AI responsibly, strategically, and effectively—and thus actively shape the future of your field.
In addition, you will receive an exclusive certificate that underscores your comprehensive AI expertise in leadership.
