The content is taught in recruitment seminars, among other things, by experienced experts in many cities throughout Germany.

 

Learning recruiting: basics for HR managers, personnel officers and HR executives

HR managers who want to find the right new employees first need a suitable shortlist of applicants. Similar to advertising, it is also important to address the right target group and adapt the recruiting process accordingly in the area of human resources. Job descriptions and requirement profiles should be formulated in such a way that precisely those groups of people apply who are best suited to the vacant position in the company.

In all recruitment seminars of the Haufe Akademie Participants can learn the basics for successful “skilled worker acquisition.” For this purpose, we recommend, for example, the training " Recruitment from A to Z. " This two-day workshop provides a clear and memorable demonstration of how to write a perfectly effective job advertisement and how to successfully communicate with potential applicants. At the same time, it provides a clear and practical demonstration of how to best differentiate a job advertisement from the competition and thus make it more attractive.

The 1-day training "Applicant management compact - from requirements profile to hiring" provides HR employees who want to set up an integrated applicant management system with the first concrete basics for this. This will enable you to optimize your application management process both quantitatively and qualitatively and thus prevent costly mistakes in candidate selection!

In a further training training course on the topic of "Job advertisements", "Designing job descriptions with requirement profiles", HR employees and managers learn how requirement profiles must be defined and job descriptions written in order to attract exactly the "right" applicants.

The two-day training course on recruitment "Candidate Experience in Recruiting: EVERY applicant contact counts!" provides the necessary theoretical basis for the candidate search by putting participants in the position of the applicants and thus learning to better assess their wishes and goals.

Recruitment seminars: Finally conducting successful applicant interviews

Successful recruiting only partially involves establishing a suitable recruiting process and reaching out to the right candidates. Once a selection has been made from all applications, the next phase begins. Interviews with the candidates are then conducted. To avoid mistakes here, recruiters need empathy and competence. Haufe Akademie offers several courses on the topic of applicant interviews, such as “ Conducting applicant interviews professionally ”, in which participants are taught the basics and the appropriate methodology for conducting interviews in a clear manner.
