With this course you can qualify as a certified Feelgood Manager. In the attendance phases, we will refresh and deepen your basic knowledge of the most important areas of Feelgood Management. In intensive sessions with your trainers , you will learn new tools and techniques and gain confidence. The central element of the qualification is the creation of a Feelgood Management concept for your company. You will be given the tools to do this by our Feelgood Management expert, who will provide you with tutorial support throughout the course and support you with her specialist expertise and extensive experience. Thanks to the course's high practical relevance, you can optimally transfer the learning content to your professional context. With the certificate of this course, you document your competence and qualify as a Certified Feelgood Manager (HdWM).

This training course was designed in cooperation with the Mannheim University of Applied Management Sciences and meets the university's quality standards in terms of overall concept, content, trainers and examinations. The final examination consists of an online test (approx. 60 minutes) and a face-to-face seminar (1 day), during which the attendees present their Feelgood concepts and an oral examination discussion takes place in plenary. If all parts of the exam are passed, participants receive their certificate as a Certified Feelgood Manager (HdWM).
