The basis for any personal development is a realistic self-assessment. For this reason, an Insights MDI® profile is created for each participant as part of the seminar. This is a scientifically validated analysis of your potential strengths and areas for development in interaction with others that has been used internationally for decades. This requires you to complete an online questionnaire in advance, which will be sent to you by e-mail (takes approx. 10 minutes). This analysis, including the written evaluation, is included in the seminar price. You also have the option of taking advantage of transfer coaching after the training .
Methods
Theory input, self-reflection, group work and role exercises with practical cases from the participants, Insights MDI® personality analysis, communication and leadership psychology, discussions, exchange of experience and feedback.
Recommended for
Specialists and junior managers who are at the beginning of their management career or will soon be taking on their first management role and would like to expand and strengthen their leadership skills. The training is also suitable for participants who want to reflect on and optimize leadership from the project manager role.
