To master the tasks in your new role as a manager authentically and confidently, you need to know your own strengths and areas for improvement. Our training you training exactly that: the Insights MDI® personality analysis provides an accurate profile of your strengths and weaknesses and identifies your individual areas for development. In addition to covering a few leadership basics, we will then review these together and look at how you can overcome complex situations and challenges.

The basis for any personal development is a realistic self-assessment. For this reason, an Insights MDI® profile is created for each participant as part of the seminar. This is a scientifically validated analysis of your potential strengths and areas for development in interaction with others that has been used internationally for decades. This requires you to complete an online questionnaire in advance (takes approx. 10 minutes), which will be sent to you by e-mail . This analysis, including the written evaluation, is included in the seminar price. You also have the option of taking advantage of transfer coaching after the training .
Methods
Self-reflection, group work, and role-playing exercises using practical examples from attendees, insights from MDI® personality analysis, communication and leadership psychology, discussions, exchange of experiences, and feedback.
