Your benefit
A preliminary questionnaire gives the boss and assistant the opportunity to formulate their wishes and goals in concrete terms. During the training , the individual topics are then worked on in a small group of max. 8 participants . After the training , the participants can receive support with the implementation through telephone coaching by the trainer (max. 1 hour, included in the price).
