This training is held in German.
When do you negotiate and with whom? Are you good at achieving your goals or do you often have to give in for internal reasons? Our negotiation partners are not always external, but we conduct most of our negotiations within our own familiar circle: within our own company and working group, with the finance and marketing department, as a project manager or supervisor, but also with family and friends. In all these situations, we represent our interests to people we meet very often, sometimes every day. Your own preparation, strategy, tactics and framework should take this into account in order to create a good long-term (business) relationship - and also to achieve beneficial results for all parties. Just like in this training, in which you set your own priorities through negotiations with the other participants and learn and work directly in practice.

  • How can you react to typical negotiating tricks?
  • Are they still "tricks" when you use them yourself?

Emotions in the negotiation

  • Your own emotions and those of others.
  • Separate the problem from the person.

Influence of corporate culture

  • Framework for internal negotiations.
  • The typical patterns and expectations in a company or group.

Concluding negotiations and securing results

  • Efficiently shaping the good end and thus "drying up" the result.
