The individual approach in this personal online format helps you to understand the complex conditions, dynamics, contradictions and need for change in this challenging transitional situation. Put the upcoming fundamental change into practice in a form that suits you.
To do this, it is helpful to know your own personality patterns. The program therefore starts with the certified INSIGHTS potential analysis. In a detailed interpretation discussion (approx. 90 min), the significance of your personal patterns for the upcoming transitions is worked out. This gives you a differentiated assessment of your strengths and development potential. With these results and with a view to your roadmap from module 1, you will develop a concrete journey action plan for yourself. And you will discover the resources of old age so that you can lead and challenge yourself appropriately.
Overview Module 2
- INSIGHTS MDI® online potential analysis (approx. 30 minutes).
- Interpretation discussion.
- Travel action plan.
- Resources of old age.
Together with your coach, you will analyze your current work and life situation against the background of your personal patterns. On this basis, you will review your Journey action plan along the transition story "Closing - Detaching - Reorienting - New Beginning". You develop options for this journey and its various stages, determine the destination and develop a detailed travel and route plan. You will also look at where you definitely do not want to go. An emergency and recovery plan is also drawn up.
Overview Module 3
- Tailor-made coaching.
- Analysis of the current work and life situation.
- Review of the travel action plan from module 2.
- Options for the stages of the journey "Completing - Replacing - Reorienting - Starting again".
- Determination of the destination, the route and development of an initial travel plan with emergency and return plan.
In your personal MyCase project (accompanying practice-oriented project), you will put the travel plans from Module 3 into practice. You define interim goals and stages of your journey. In doing so, you deal with stimuli, new opportunities and risks on your journey into a new phase of life.
With the support of your coach, you will reflect on your experiences to date, plan the next stages - and modify your route if necessary.
Overview Module 4
- Tailor-made coaching.
- Concrete travel planning with interim destinations and travel stages "Completing - Detaching - Reorienting - Starting again".
- Stimuli, new opportunities and risks of the new phase of life: crea(c)tive aging.
- Interim reflections on experiences and, if necessary, changes to the itinerary.
Towards the end of the program, you and your coach will reflect on your experiences with regard to your onward journey in your new life situation. You will consider what has been successful and what has not, identify what is less satisfactory and what to avoid in the future. And you also consider which journeys you want to embark on in the future - or not.
This ensures a planned and harmonious transition into a new phase of life. Your organization will benefit from a high level of performance until retirement, professional knowledge transfer and secure transition planning and design.
Overview Module 5
