New Work Assistance - The compact online course

This course is held in German.
This compact course is designed to systematically convey the essential core tasks of an assistant in the working world of today and tomorrow in order to optimize working methods and facilitate personal development. The course covers traditional tasks such as correspondence, minutes and paperless information management as well as new role models and development opportunities in the assistance profession in times of "New Work". The topics of personal development and resilience round off the course. After each module, participants also have the opportunity to take part in an in-depth live online coaching session with their trainer. The course is run with a fixed group of participants so that participants can benefit as much as possible from exchanging experiences and networking with each other. Use this course to further qualify as a "New Work Assistant (HdWM)" and improve your career opportunities!

This further training course was designed in cooperation with the Mannheim University of Applied Management Sciences and meets the university's quality standards in terms of overall concept, content, trainers and examination. You complete this course within approx. 4-8 weeks and automatically receive your "New Work Assistance (HdWM)" certificate from the Mannheim School of Management after the 8th module.
