In this one-to-one training course, you as a manager will work intensively and individually on your specific challenges in the area of delegation. With a clear focus on your leadership personality, we analyze your own practical cases and develop tailor-made solutions. The one-to-one training helps you to identify delegable tasks, hand over responsibility and strengthen your team through targeted communication and feedback. It offers you practice-oriented tools and strategies that are directly tailored to your leadership personality and leadership situation.

The individual training course will be held online within 3 months of booking. The appointments can be carried out in one appointment of 4 hours or in 2 appointments of 2 hours each.
