Examination requirement
Participation in all modules of the training is a prerequisite.
Form of examination
The exam takes place purely online. In addition to technical knowledge, the extent to which the attendees are able to apply the knowledge they have learned in practice is tested. There is a presentation and an oral examination.
Exam contents
Part 1: Preparation of the written case study (approx. 10-15 PowerPoint slides).
Part 2: Presentation of the work (approx. 15 minutes) and an oral examination (approx. 20 minutes).
Please note: For the final examination and the issuing of the certificate, the surname, first name and date of birth of the attendees are collected and passed on to the Erasmus University (EHS) Basel.
Contents
- The Certified Employer Branding Manager course offers a varied learning concept that provides a wide range of tools and methods for your own employer branding concept. The training covers the main topics: Fundamentals, Employer Value Proposition (EVP), the implementation of the employer branding strategy, change management, candidate and employee journey, external employer branding & recruiting and employer branding in practice.
- Participants follow a fixed curriculum in a sequence of predetermined dates. You complete different learning formats - on-site training sessions lasting several days, live online and webinars. In this way, knowledge is built up, which is deepened independently between the individual modules and applied in everyday working life.
- The entire training course is run in a fixed group of a maximum of 12 participants. This means that participants can network, exchange ideas, learn and grow together.
- A team of trainers accompanies the group through the various modules, provides a variety of impulses and illustrates the relevant topics using a diverse mix of methods. Participants benefit from their expertise and work on their personal business cases in order to implement what they have learned directly and profitably in their company.
