What will change for me as a manager and my team leadership? Our basics package gives you an overview. We start with an AI basics seminar in which you will gain a sound insight into the basic concepts and techniques of AI and the potential and/or challenges associated with its use. We then combine artificial intelligence with team leadership and shed light on the changing role of leadership and the skills you need to navigate it successfully. Finally, we round everything off with leadership with rational and emotional intelligence. After all, your emotional intelligence is becoming increasingly important in times of change and artificial intelligence. This creates the basis for consistent self-awareness and self-regulation, you train your empathy and strengthen your social skills.
