Use AI to prepare your moderation

  • Formulation aids for key questions, target-oriented working questions, agenda and invitation.
  • Conceptual aids for event format, topic structure, schedule and choice of methods.
  • Formulate introductions, transitions and endings in an addressee-oriented way.
  • Create a personal "moderation vocabulary booklet" with controlling, de-escalating and diplomatic formulations.
  • Visualize pictograms and structure templates with AI support.

Use AI depending on the situation during moderation

  • Gather fresh ideas and become even more creative when brainstorming.
  • Maintain an overview: summarize, form clusters and ensure that everyone has their say.
  • Deepening the topic - as a sparring partner and to discover new perspectives and think ahead together.

Using AI for post-processing

  • Formulation aids for results analysis, summary and documentation.
  • (Partially) automate repetitive tasks.

Possibilities and limits of AI

Methods

The training takes place in a live online setting and contains many practice phases. Short inputs alternate with discussions, exercises and small group sessions.

The sessions offer interactive learning experiences, an exchange of best practice experiences with lots of opportunities for practice and feedback, and plenty of space to try out prompting and AI for yourself.

You work directly on your own (company) computer in the live online training. You create results with exercise topics, which we discuss in the training and share via screen sharing. You use your own (or company) account of an AI tool provider. If you have any restrictions, please get in touch. Together we will find a solution for good participation.  

We recommend working with two screens so that you can participate in the training in the best possible way.
