Methods
You will work with a diverse mix of stimuli, reflections, moderated discussions, coaching elements, small group work, and mindfulness and focus exercises that can be incorporated into everyday life. There are structured tools for self-management, practical exercises for balance and mental relief, and individual transfer stimuli that will strengthen you—both at work and in your private life.
Please wear comfortable clothing (for light movements, sitting, standing) and bring an outdoor jacket or scarf for mindful exercises, which take place outside in good weather (no blankets or mats are necessary).
