This workshop is held in German.
Currently, up to four generations work together in companies. This means that everyone involved has different experiences and attitudes towards work and training. This knowledge gives companies the opportunity to utilize the strengths of the different generations and to deal with any disruptions that may arise in an appropriate manner. This improves the working atmosphere and creates acceptance between trainees, trainers and employees. Find out and discuss in this workshop how cross-generational cooperation as a key factor of modern diversity management contributes to this.

  • The generational model of the baby boomers, Generation X, Generation Y, Generation Z and Generation Alpha: different social developments and influences.
  • Every generation has its prejudices - but more hype than facts in the generation gap? Raising awareness of observations and dealing with prejudices.
  • What do education, work and money mean for the different generations?
  • Dealing with the young generation today - impulses and experiences.
  • What can generations learn from each other and make useful for the company?
  • Aspects for dealing with and managing young employees in a target group-oriented manner.
  • Cross-generational cooperation in training as a key factor for modern diversity (age diversity).
  • Influences and framework conditions for "contemporary" training 4.0.
  • Status and outlook for the target group of trainees: What has changed in recent years in particular with regard to the young target group and what changes are already foreseeable for the coming years.
