Module 2
The personalized approach in this one-on-one online format helps you understand the complex conditions, dynamics, contradictions, and need for change in this challenging transitional situation. Put the upcoming fundamental changes into practice in a way that works best for you.
To this end, it is helpful to understand your own personality patterns. That is why the program begins with the certified INSIGHTS potential analysis. During a detailed interpretation session (approx. 90 min.), we will explore the significance of your personal patterns for the upcoming transitions. This provides you with a nuanced assessment of your strengths and areas for growth. Using these results and with an eye toward your roadmap from Module 1, you’ll develop a concrete action plan for your journey. You’ll also discover the resources that come with age to help you effectively guide and challenge yourself.

With your coach’s support, you’ll reflect on your experiences so far, plan the next steps—and adjust your route if necessary.

Toward the end of the program, you’ll reflect on your experiences with your coach as you look ahead to your journey in this new phase of life. You’ll review what went well and what was successful, identify areas that were less satisfying, and determine what to avoid in the future. You’ll also consider which paths you’d like to take—or avoid—moving forward.
This ensures a smooth and well-planned transition into a new phase of life. Your organization benefits from high performance right up until the employee’s departure, a professional transfer of knowledge, and reliable transition planning and management.
