Methods
Our interactive training thrives on trainer input, which alternates with individual and small group work. Here you can expect exercises, best practice examples from IT management, the exchange of experiences with other participants, and feedback. You are also welcome to contribute your own practical cases, which will then be worked on together.
In addition, transfer coaching (2-hour one-on-one session with the trainer) can be training separately as a supplement to your training .
