This course is held in German.

This course will give you the skills to take on HR Management tasks independently and support the recruiting process professionally. In the three compulsory seminars, you will receive a compact overview of the relevant topics in HR Management and thus gain confidence for your administrative and organizational HR activities. You can also access the content of your learning library throughout the course. Here you will find online learning elements for practicing, repeating and consolidating specific HR Management topics. In the additional elective seminar, you can deepen another individual aspect of your HR work. Your qualification will be confirmed by a certificate upon completion of the e-exam.

E-test

The e-exam is an online exam that you take on your PC and lasts approximately 90 minutes. The exam is optional. However, you will only receive a course certificate if you pass the exam.

As part of the course, you will attend 4 seminars (3 compulsory seminars and 1 optional seminar). The total duration of the course is 7 days. We recommend that you attend all seminars within a maximum of 2 years. You decide where and when you attend each individual training . You can book the course modules individually or at a reasonable package price.

The content and topics of the course modules are systematically coordinated and complement each other perfectly. By passing the exam, you will acquire a qualified qualification that entitles you to use the title "Certified assistant Assistant (HdWM)".

Examination requirements

As soon as all compulsory seminars and the elective seminar have been attended, the e-exam can be taken. The learning elements in the learning library are optional and not an examination requirement.

Form of examination

The e-exam is an online-based exam on a PC and lasts approx. 90 minutes. It consists of single/multiple choice questions. Afterwards, you will immediately see whether you have passed the exam. However, a course certificate is only issued if the exam is passed.
