In this exchange format, you will participate in a total of 4 webinars.
All webinars are accompanied and moderated by one trainer leadership experience throughout the entire period.
Webinar 1 – Kick-off (1 day):
- You will get to know yourtrainer the group in your peer circle.
- We teach methods that are applied in exchange with the group — for example, collegial case consultation.
- You can start by working together on typical role reversal scenarios to get "warmed up" with each other.
- Together, you determine which topics are currently relevant to your group in everyday practice and should be discussed/debated/advised on.
- First opportunity for free exchange among you executives.
- Situational theoretical input from the trainer, depending on the needs of your group.
Webinar 2 (3 months after Webinar 1; 4 hours):
- What have you been able to learn/apply over the last 3 months?
- Have any cases come up in practice that you would like trainer with the trainer in the group?
- You have the opportunity to freely exchange ideas with like-minded people.
- Cases from your everyday work can be worked on together with the trainer your group.
- Questions on leadership topics can be asked and discussed together.
Webinar 3 (3 months after Webinar 2; 4 hours):
- Exchange with other group members and the trainer.
- The opportunity to contribute your own practical cases from your everyday work for joint case processing.
- You can freely exchange ideas within the group.
Webinar 4 – Kick-Out (4 weeks after Webinar 3; 4 hours):
- Final exchange of experiences within the group.
- Completion of your peer circle.
In addition, starting with the first webinar, you will have access to a community for further exchange — for example, during the interim phases —and an e-library with optional learning content for the duration of the program.
