Final examination
The weighting of the practical examination for the "certified sales manager / Head of Sales" qualification is 50%. In addition to technical knowledge, the extent to which participants are able to apply the knowledge they have acquired in practice as a sales manager / Head of Sales is also tested.
Support in preparing for your practical exam
In the first module of your training to become a Certified sales manager / Head of Sales, you will receive the transfer task from your trainer. You will work on this during the transfer phases between modules 1 and 2. Your trainer from the first module, Prof. Dr. Udo Burchard, will support you with phone or online coaching.
To this end, the trainer will arrange a fixed coaching appointment with each individual participant, during which you will spend an hour discussing the optimal structure of your transfer task with the trainer. In this way, you will further expand your knowledge and ensure direct learning success for your practice.
During the second module, you will learn how to successfully present the transfer task on the first day of the third module. During the transfer phase between modules 2 and 3, you will work on the presentation of your transfer task. You will be supported by your trainer, Andreas Leschke, from the second module, through phone or online coaching.
For this purpose, the trainer will arrange a fixed coaching appointment with each individual participant, during which you will spend an hour discussing the optimal presentation of your transfer task with the trainer. In this way, you will further develop your presentation skills and ensure direct learning success for the practical part of the exam, which takes place on the first day of the 3rd module. The examiner is your trainer Helmut Beuel.

Written exam:
To save you travel costs and time, you can take the e-exam on your computer at work or at home. The training content of all face-to-face modules is tested in written form (time required: approx. 130 minutes). The e-exam can be taken as soon as all modules and the lessons learned have been completed.
After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the recognized "certified sales manager / Head of Sales" certificate from the Haufe Akademie and the Mannheim School of Management (HdWM). This documents your in-depth knowledge as a basis for the further development of your professional career.
Preparation for the written final exam:
Lessons learned: After each module of the training, you will receive a summary of the exam-relevant content via your learning environment in preparation for your final exam.

Examination requirements:
Practical exam: You will begin designing and developing your transfer task directly in the first module. The transfer task must be completed by Module 2 and brought to the training. In order to take the practical exam on the first day of Module 3, you must bring the completed presentation of the transfer task to the training.
Written exam: To take the written exam, all three modules of the continuing education program must be completed. The order of the individual modules must be strictly adhered to.
Prevention for important reasons:
The training to become a certified sales manager / Head of Sales takes place in the same class group across all modules.
If you are unable to attend one of the 3 modules, it is essential that you attend this module and ALL subsequent modules in one of the next training rounds with a different class group. As all modules build on each other, the order of the individual modules must be adhered to.
Certificate:
In addition to the confirmation of participation, participants receive a certificate from the Haufe Akademie and the Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management (HdWM), Mannheim, corresponding to the examination result with the qualification "certified sales manager / Head of Sales".
