Insbesondere aufgrund der Energiekrise und dem sich dadurch verändernden Lüftungsverhalten vieler Mieter:innen kommt es immer häufiger zu Problemen mit Schimmelbefall in Mietobjekten. Schnell stellt sich die Frage danach, was und vor allem wie viel Vermieter:innen bei Schimmelbefall unternehmen müssen. In diesem Webinar gehen wir umfangreich und praxisnah auf die Zunahme von Schimmelpilzbildung in Wohnräumen und die Pflichten der Vermieter:innen aber auch der Mieter:innen ein. Außerdem besprechen wir den Schimmelpilz als Mietmangel und klären mögliche Ansprüche der Mieter:innen und der Vermieter:innen. Wir geben Handlungsempfehlungen für die Praxis und gehen auf ein sinnvolles Vorgehen bei Schimmelbefall ein. Auch die häufige Frage nach der Darlegungs- und Beweislast im Falle eines Rechtsstreits wird thematisiert, sowie mögliche Probleme mit der Beweissicherung.
