This qualification program is held in German.
Artificial intelligence will have a far-reaching and lasting impact on you as a manager and how you shape your management work in the future. What is AI and how does it work? What will change for me as a manager and my team leadership? Our basics package gives you an overview. We start with an AI basics seminar in which you will gain a sound insight into the basic concepts and techniques of AI and the potential and/or challenges associated with its use. We then combine artificial intelligence with team leadership and shed light on the changing role of leadership and the skills you need to navigate it successfully. Finally, we round everything off with leadership with rational and emotional intelligence. After all, your emotional intelligence is becoming increasingly important in times of change and artificial intelligence. This creates the basis for consistent self-awareness and self-regulation, you train your empathy and strengthen your social skills.

As part of the qualification program, you will complete three modules consisting of the basics of AI, team leadership & AI and leading with rational and emotional intelligence. The entire program comprises 6 seminar days. Following your qualification, you will receive a certificate documenting the know-how you have acquired.
Further training in accordance with AI Regulation Art. 4 for the obligation to provide evidence of AI competence.
