The focus is on the experiences and specific practical cases of the participants, which are worked on under confidentiality and primarily in the group as a whole in order to develop personal behavioral alternatives for the participants.
Difficult discussion situations can be highlighted in the form of simulations. If necessary, short case-related inputs on models or procedures supplement the case work.
Against this background, joint participation by colleagues is not recommended.

Managers who have already attended "From colleague to manager I" (web info no. 8756) or a comparable training and have a certain amount of management experience since then. Ideally, there should be at least six months between Part I and Part II to ensure lasting learning success.
