The content is acquired via a practice simulation (continuous case example). The insights gained from the case example are transferred to the participants’ sales activities by means of checklists. Participants have the opportunity to see themselves making a sales pitch on video. To increase learning success, there is a mix of group work, role play and individual work, trainer feedback, short presentations and discussions.
