This advanced training event focuses on the participants' own HR development plans and projects. Depending on individual concerns, there is a compact refresher course on selected aspects of HR development. HRD experts accompany the process in the form of peer counseling and other methods. The active processing of other participants' cases provides valuable learning impulses for the participants' own practice. In addition, various methods of consulting in an operational context are intensively familiarized with and practiced.
