With the certified and globally recognized INSIGHTS MDI® Talent Insights personality analysis, you receive valid feedback on your talents and development potential as a manager. During a personal interpretation session with your trainer , you will gain in-depth insights into key motivators and potential. You will use the results of your personality analysis to assess your self-image and the image of others. In addition, you will be able to look at your own employees, assess them better and align your leadership actions accordingly.
E-learning library
If you wish, you can use the accompanying e-learning library to deepen your knowledge of core leadership topics at any time and from any location. You control the intensity and depth of learning yourself on a voluntary basis and adapt the learning material to your available resources.
As part of the first practice-oriented webinar, you’ll discuss trainers experiences, the benefits, and the challenges trainers leadership tools under the guidance of your trainers , and gain new insights into current leadership topics.
As part of the second practice-oriented webinar, you’ll share your experiences trainers developing your leadership role—with guidance from your trainers —and receive practical leadership tips for your “new paths in leadership.”
You’ll use the webinar and the subsequent application phase to enhance your leadership practice.
With the secondtraining the online exam, you’ll complete your training as a new leader. As part of the group, you’ll receive expert feedback on your leadership skills and your MyCase practical project. You’ll expand your leadership knowledge in a targeted way and receive concrete options for handling challenging leadership situations. This will help you strengthen your leadership position within your team and ensure that you can continue to handle challenging and critical leadership situations constructively, professionally, and confidently in the future.

Concept
- This leadership program addresses the various challenges of the fast-paced day-to-day work of a leader that you, as a new leader, will face.
- At the heart of the leadership program are two intensive in-person seminars. These are supplemented by tutored practical and application phases that include webinars and a helpful e-learning library. This allows you to effectively develop, through hands-on training, the essential skills needed to take on a leadership role.
- The alternation between training sessions and practical application during the hands-on phase enables you to achieve lasting success in your new leadership role. If needed, you can also bring in complex initiatives and projects. A program tutor will support you during the hands-on phase as you put these into practice.
- The limited number of participants in a consistent group fosters a productive working environment and promotes a solution-oriented and sustainable approach to addressing participants’ own real-world cases.
- Personal feedback from experienced trainers and regular exchanges with your participant group specifically promote the further development of your leadership skills.
- The e-learning library is available to you for the entire duration of the program and up to one year after completion. Depending on your prior knowledge and available resources, you can close knowledge gaps and expand your existing knowledge.

Module 5: In-person seminar (3 days) and online exam
Leading the Future: Shaping Your Leadership Role for the Long Term
The second in-person seminar and the e-exam mark the completion of your training as a new leader. In a group setting, you’ll receive expert feedback on your leadership skills and your “My Case” practical project. You’ll expand your leadership knowledge in a targeted manner and gain concrete options for handling challenging leadership situations. This will help you strengthen your leadership position within your team and ensure that you can continue to handle challenging and critical leadership situations constructively, professionally, and confidently in the future.

Important note :
A central element of the program is the group of participants, which remains the same throughout all modules. The pedagogical concept is based on you learning together as part of a fixed group. The foundation for successful knowledge transfer and exchange is the trusting relationship that has developed among peers.
For this reason, please check the scheduled dates to ensure that you can attend all the modules in your program session. It is not possible to register for different sessions or to switch modules once a program has already begun. If you know before registering that you will not be able to attend all the sessions in your desired session, please register for a different session.
