More and more companies are switching their project management from the classic waterfall method to an agile set-up. For you as a manager, this means rethinking how you manage employees who work on projects in self-organized teams. The new (agile) roles, terminology and the distribution of responsibilities are the subject of the course. The importance of servant leadership in today's corporate world plays a key role in agile leadership. In this training , the principles of agile leadership in the Scrum method are taught and certified after successful completion of a test. The training is a varied mix of exchange, individual and group work as well as knowledge transfer by the trainers.
