In this training program for returning parents, you will deal with your personal priorities in work and family life. In three online modules, you will work on your individual return-to-work planning, strengthen your self-marketing as a working parent and receive tried-and-tested tips and tricks for achieving an even better work-life balance. In the individual coaching sessions, the focus is then on your personal return-to-work issues. At the end of the training, you will know how to build a "compatibility mindset" and how to proactively shape your career - despite and with a child. You will also be familiar with helpful strategies and best practices for returning to work, enabling you to overcome any hurdles and get off to a flying start in your job and family life.
