Module 1: Self-study phase (30 minutes)
In preparation, you will work on a task to get to know your inner autopilot, which you will find in your learning environment, and bring it with you to the training online training.
Module 2: Live training training (3.5 hours)
Basics of mindfulness-based stress management

- Being mindful - but how? A guide for more mindfulness.
- Get out of autopilot mode - the path to more serenity.
- Experience mindfulness through practice and meditation.
- Getting to the bottom of stress: Recognizing and actively reducing stress patterns through mindful methods.
Module 3: Self-study phase (30 minutes)
You work on the task "Getting to grips with stress", which was set for you in the previous live online training , and reflect on your stress patterns.
Module 4: training online training (3.5 hours)
Mindfulnessin everyday (working) life
- Achieving a more positive working atmosphere through mindful communication.
- Self-care as the key to resilience OR mindfulness as the key to self-care.
- Meditation as a daily practice to reduce stress and promote mental fitness.
- Integrate mindfulness into your working day: This will increase your productivity and sharpen your focus.
- Personal action plan for your future mindfulness practice.
Module 5: Coaching (1 hour)
Discuss your personal challenges with your:der coach . The coaching appointments (individual coaching) are arranged individually with the:der trainer .
