Methods
The focus of this seminar is the leadership simulation game – the Leaderfy Simulation: You can expect a realistic, dynamic leadership simulation that allows you to try out different scenarios and leadership styles, both individually and in a group.
This is supplemented by trainer-led input, expert insights, and reflection and analysis of your decisions in the simulation. You can also expect action-oriented practical transfer, exercises, role-plays, and objective feedback.
Please note: To participate in the in-person event, you will need your own Wi-Fi-enabled laptop.
