  • "Solo" Retrospective:A weekly 10-minute review to identify bottlenecks and adjust work processes.

Meetings – Structuring and Managing Them Effectively

  • Timeboxing: Setting fixed time slots to keep meetings more focused and minimize digressions.
  • Definition of Done for Meetings:clear criteria for when a meeting is considered “complete” (e.g., decision made, tasks assigned)
