Diversity is necessary in order to remain an attractive employer in the future and to be able to recruit new employees . In everyday working life, however, the light and dark sides of differences quickly become apparent when working together. In order to enable constructive cooperation, diversity know-how and strategies are needed so that diversity is not perceived as a threat. Minorities are often confronted with exclusionary, aggressive, negatively judgmental or abusive behavior. Diversity focus is needed in management in order to achieve tolerance and respect. As soon as we talk about everyday racism, bullying and sexual harassment, this respectful approach has gone wrong. Short and medium-term leadership responses are needed. In this training, you will learn how to create lasting awareness and take preventative action with communicative de-escalation strategies and leadership tools.
