Strategies for coping with stress
Stress has many faces and just as many areas in which it can contribute to the impairment of joie de vivre and vitality. There are also many different methods of coping with stress, such as meditation or progressive muscle relaxation. For balanced and efficient stress management, however, everyone should use the method of their choice; there is no one-size-fits-all solution that helps everyone. One of the main goals of stress management is to transform so-called dis-stress, i.e. negative stress, into eustress and thus into positive stress. Stress management training is the first step towards a more relaxed working and private life.
