The training is very practice-oriented. Short presentations, group and individual exercises, work aids, checklists, self-reflection and discussions alternate. We work in a solution- and resource-oriented way.
In addition to exciting input, you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the other participating parents and try out various relaxation methods in practice. This will enable you to find your own individual strategy for dealing with daily stresses and challenges in a more relaxed way.
