Methods
Input from the trainer, mindfulness exercises, research input on the benefits of mindfulness, case/best practice examples and exchange, interactive development of content in a team, self-awareness and self-reflection, numerous exercise sequences with individual feedback as well as discussion and exchange of experiences.
