Input from trainer, mindfulness exercises, research input on the benefits of mindfulness, case studies/best practice examples and exchange, interactive development of content in teams, self-awareness and reflection, numerous exercise sequences with individual feedback, as well as discussion and exchange of experiences. Between modules, you will work on transfer exercises and tasks in self-study and support each other with a buddy in the practical transfer.
