With this training , you will expand your understanding of the objectives and tasks of personnel controlling. You will understand how key figures are structured in a way that is relevant to management and how they are transferred to systematic, Excel-based personnel controlling. This will enable you to set up an indicator-based controlling platform and increase your effectiveness and efficiency in personnel management. You will learn how to profitably design personnel controlling with Excel and what you should pay attention to during implementation.

Please note that the content of the seminar is based on the current MS Office package and is only designed for Windows users (not for macOS users).
