Methods
Impulse lectures with theoretical background knowledge, very easy physical exercises that anyone can do, regeneration exercises from the Shaolin tradition, light kung fu, qigong exercises, breathing and meditation exercises, discussions, reflection, coaching and feedback. The book "GIB nicht alles, GIB das RICHTIGE" by Claudia Maurer rounds off the diverse mix of methods.
Please come to this training in comfortable clothes for the bodywork.
We will end the first evening of the seminar with a short demonstration by the Shaolin monk (as part of the seminar until 6 pm).
