Methods
Keynote speeches with theoretical background knowledge, very easy physical exercises that anyone can do, regeneration exercises from the Shaolin tradition to promote longevity, light kung fu, qigong exercises, and breathing and meditation exercises to activate natural healing and repair mechanisms, discussions, reflection, coaching, feedback. The book "GIB nicht alles, GIB das RICHTIGE" (Don't give everything, give the RIGHT thing) by Claudia Maurer rounds off the diverse mix of methods.
Please come to this training in comfortable clothes for the bodywork.
We will end the first evening of the seminar with a short demonstration by the Shaolin monk (as part of the seminar until 6 pm).
