Certified digital and AI expert in HR course
Written thesis: A written thesis is submitted to the Haufe Akademie within 4 weeks of attending the last seminar.
The assignment is based on a practical task relating to a specific digitalization or AI topic in the HR context. It is expressly desired that AI or digitization solutions are actively included in the examination performance, for example through application, analysis or conceptual development. The task is therefore designed to be AI-resilient and requires a real creative achievement: the focus is on the application, evaluation, transfer and communication of the skills acquired during the course - in relation to a specific HR field of action. The assignment is available in the learning environment after registration.
On the "Certified Digital & AI Expert in HR" course, you will complete a total of six seminar days - three of which are compulsory and three of which are optional. The course concludes with a practical transfer project in which you demonstrate how you have applied and deepened your knowledge. The course can be completed flexibly within two years. Upon successful completion, you will receive the "Certified Digital & AI Expert in HR" certificate from the Haufe Akademie. Your proof of future competence: visible, recognized and relevant in practice.
