Examination requirements
The prerequisite for completing the course is participation in a total of six seminar days (three compulsory and three optional seminar days).
A written paper is submitted to the Haufe Akademie within four weeks of the last training .
Examination content
The written assignment (max. 6 pages) is based on a practical task relating to a specific digitalization or AI topic in the HR context. It is expressly desired that AI or digitalization solutions are actively included in the examination performance, for example through application, analysis or conceptual development. The task is therefore designed to be AI-resilient and requires a real creative achievement: the focus is on the application, evaluation, transfer and communication of the skills acquired during the course - in relation to a specific HR field of action. The assignment is available in the learning environment after registration. The assessment is carried out by an experienced examiner. If you pass, you will be awarded the "Certified Digital and AI Expert in HR" certificate from the Haufe Akademie - visible proof of future competence and implementation skills in HR.
