This training is held in German.
In this advanced course, you will primarily work on and optimize your own HR development plans and projects. Depending on your concerns, you will also receive a compact refresher course on selected aspects of HR development. In terms of content, you will be supported by HRD experts in the form of peer consulting and other methods. By actively working on the cases of other participants, you will gain valuable learning impulses for your own practice. You will also get to know the various methods of counseling in an operational context and practice them intensively.
