Future Lab: New Work
As part of the "New Work Expert" course, you will complete nine seminar days (including two compulsory seminar days and seven optional seminar days) as well as an examination.
The course should be completed within two years.
We recommend starting the course with the compulsory seminar, as this will give you a holistic view of the topic of New Work in companies. In the elective seminars, you will deepen this and thus develop the comprehensive expertise to be able to act successfully as a New Work Expert in your company.
The skills you acquire from the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate as a New Work Expert from the Haufe Akademie.
You will receive 6 issues of the new magazine "Personalmagazin - neues lernen" free of charge as inspiration for your personnel development. The magazine is sent out every 2 months and ends automatically.

Preparation: Eight weeks before your exam, a kick-off webinar will take place in which you will get to know your coaches and the other participants in the "Future Lab: New Work" and discuss the course of the training event . You can also exchange initial ideas for your management summary in the group and receive inspiration for this. In this way, you can benefit from the network of New Work experts in advance.
Learning support: Between the webinar and Future Lab: New Work, you will receive some video impulses or other content with questions and content on the topic of New Work. These should help you to create the management summary. You can also exchange ideas with the other participants , brainstorm together and forge ideas.
On the day of the exam: Presentation of the management summary and discussion of your topic in the plenum in order to gain valuable impulses for the successful implementation of your project.
