Generations in the company and in training
How Boomers, Millennials and Gen Z are growing together through understanding and collaboration
This training is held in German.
There has always been a lot of talk about the younger generation. Changing values and expectations are sometimes met with a lack of understanding from trainers and managers. Conversely, young employees promote a changed working life and "infect" the older generations with it. This leads to irritation and friction both in training and in cooperation within companies. Each generation has developed its own history and attitude. Using these insights and their strengths for the company across generations is the challenge of a diverse training, learning and corporate culture and is the focus of this seminar.
