Contents
At this final event, participants come together with other HR managers from different companies and present a current project from their own work context. They exchange ideas about the projects and HR topics of the other attendees , discuss them, can ask questions and are accompanied by an expert who provides additional valuable input.
Prerequisite for participation in the "HR-Praxis Lab":
- Attendance of a total of 10 seminar days in the HR Leader course (3 days compulsory seminar "HR Leader Camp" + 7 individually arranged optional seminar days).
- Preparation of a practical paper on a current HR project from your own company (approx. 3-5 pages).
- The practical work must be submitted to the Haufe Akademie 4 weeks before the "HR-Praxis Lab".
"HR-Praxis Lab" procedure:
- The participants present the submitted topic of the practical work (approx. 15 minutes). The plenary session then discusses and deliberates on the topic presented: open questions from the other participants and the expert are answered and participants can reflect their own questions back to the group in order to gain valuable impetus for their own future-oriented HR work and focus.
