This further training course was designed in cooperation with the Mannheim University of Applied Management Sciences and meets the university's quality standards in terms of overall concept, content, trainers and examination. Concept

The “HR Leader” program consists of a total of 10 seminar days and combines a solid foundation with maximum flexibility: It includes a 3-day mandatory seminar, seven elective seminar days, and a final exam session.
Our tip: Start with the mandatory “HR Leader Camp” seminar (30745). There, you’ll lay the foundation for a future-oriented and strategic HR approach. Building on this foundation, you’ll individually tailor your remaining seminar days from the available pool of elective seminars—tailored to your current challenges, goals, and development priorities.
This allows you to delve deeply into relevant topics, expand your expertise, and further develop exactly the skills that will truly advance your career as an HR leader. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a certificate from the Haufe Akademie, accredited by the Mannheim School of Business and Management.
The entire program should be completed within two years.

Examination form:

Face-to-face or live online exam.

Examination contents:

Preparation: Preparation of the practical work.
On the day of the examination: Presentation of the practical work as well as discussion and questions by the examiner and the other participants in order to gain valuable impulses for future HR work.
