"HR Practice Lab" exam

As part of the "HR Leader" course, participants attend ten seminar days (one compulsory seminar and seven optional seminar days) and complete an examination. We recommend starting the course with the compulsory seminar "HR Leader Camp" (30745), as this lays the foundations for strategic HR orientation. Based on this foundation, participants can select the elective seminars specifically tailored to their own needs and challenges in order to deepen and expand their knowledge. The skills acquired from the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate from the Haufe Akademie - certified by the "Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management" in Mannheim. The course should be completed within two years.

To take part in the "HR Practice Lab" exam seminar, you need to finish all the required course parts (3 mandatory seminar days, 7 elective seminar days). Also, you need to send Haufe Akademie a finished practical assignment Haufe Akademie weeks before the exam date.

Face-to-face or live online exam.

Examination contents:

Preparation: Preparation of the practical work.
On the day of the examination: Presentation of the practical work as well as discussion and questions by the examiner and the other participants in order to gain valuable impulses for future HR work.
