Successfully conduct sales talks and negotiations in sales.

 

You will deepen your knowledge and practise the most important aspects of sales preparation, negotiation and follow-up, giving you a solid foundation for a successful sales career. After this intensive module, you will be able to act confidently and successfully and master the range of tasks of a salesperson.

 

  • To make it easier for you to take the next step in your career, we are happy to give credit for compulsory modules you have already completed.
  • You have the flexibility to decide for yourself when and where you take the individual modules. 
  • The seminars as admission to the examination can also be booked individually.
  • We recommend that you follow the recommended sequence for the compulsory and elective modules.
  • Complete all compulsory modules and elective modules within approx. 1 to 2 years.

 

With this practical second step of thecertified Account Manager" training, you will lay the foundation for your successful work as a certified Account Manager. Examination requirements

Prerequisite is the completion of all compulsory modules.

Exam preparation 

After the training, you will receive a summary (=Lessons Learned) of the exam-relevant content via your learning environment in preparation for your final exam.

Form of examination

Written final exam, e-exam. To save travel costs and time, you can take the e-exam on your computer at work or at home.

Exam contents

The training content of all compulsory modules is tested in written form (time requirement: 45 minutes). The e-examination can be taken as soon as all compulsory modules have been completed.

After successfully passing the final exam, you will receive the recognized "Certified Account Manager - Advanced" certificate from the Haufe Akademie . This documents your in-depth knowledge as a basis for the further development of your professional career.

After each of the 3 modules, you will take a written final exam. After successfully completing each final exam, you will receive a recognized certificate from the Haufe Akademie.
