You will deepen your knowledge and practise the most important aspects of sales preparation, negotiation and follow-up, giving you a solid foundation for successful sales activities. After this intensive module, you will be able to act confidently and successfully and master the range of sales tasks. To make it easier for you to take the next step in your career, we are happy to give credit for compulsory modules you have already completed.

 

STEP 3 Professional

 

Strategy and tactics for sales success.

 

You further expand your skills. You will equip yourself with versatile professional and methodological skills that will pay off in your next negotiation (or your next sales meeting). In the elective module, you also have the opportunity to specialize. You have the flexibility to decide when and where you take the individual modules. Compulsory and elective modules can be waived if you can provide proof of appropriate qualifications.

 

With this practice-oriented certified Account Manager training course, you will lay the foundation for your successful work as a Certified Account Manager in 3 coordinated steps. In three steps, you will acquire versatile professional, methodological and negotiation skills. After this training, you will be able to master your challenges and achieve your goals more effectively.

  • The seminars as admission to the examination can also be booked individually.

Examination requirements

Prerequisite is the completion of all compulsory and elective modules.

Form of examination

Written final exam, e-exam. To save travel costs and time, you can take the e-exam on your computer at work or at home.

Exam contents

After each of the 3 modules (steps), you will take a written final examination. The training content of all compulsory modules is tested in written form.

After each successfully completed final examination, you will receive a recognized certificate from the Haufe Akademie After you have completed all three final exams, you will receive the recognized certificate of Haufe Akademie and the Mannheim School of Business for Management, " certified Account Manager".
